Bumbo Step Stool Black

Greater than one weekUpdate: its completely broken now and I had to throw it away. This item is fine, but the strip of plastic that goes around the bottom has now started to peel off and the stool cracked in the middle when I stepped on it to get something off a high shelf. That surprised me and made me cry. Just kidding--but anyway, the kids can still use it, even though its cracked on the underside. I guess it is fine and to be expected for a piece of plastic. Its just too much to ask for something to last through three small children. I should just make a stool out of a block of wood that would last for centuries and be a family heirloom.

> 3 daythis enables them to use the big potty by themselves. they can also reach the sink (cant turn the water on) to wash their hands. makes my life a lot easier!

10-04-2025Its wide enough to stand on safely it doesnt slide or give at all. Its sturdy good well made. We bought it so she could get up on the Trainer seat on the toilet. She picks it up and uses it to climb up on our tall bed. Great product.

> 3 daySturdy, rubber feet on the bottom deter sliding. Rubber top keeps the child from sliding off. Now if only I could keep my daughter from dragging it all over the house to get at everything she isnt supposed to reach...

> 3 dayWe purchased this to help with potty training our son. We had a cheaper stool that we were kicking back and forth from the toilet to the sink. I bought this one to keep in front of the toilet. Its much better than the other stool. The rubber bottoms keep it in place. Plus, there is more room on top for him to stand. And, if he gets it dirty, its quite easy to wipe down. Bumbo makes good stuff. We still have the original Bumbo seat we bought about six years ago. Its going strong. Were using it with our third child now. Ill continue to buy Bumbo brand products. Ive yet to be disappointed.

Greater than one weekThese things are $10 everywhere else on planet earth. Its just a piece of plastic with rubber feet. Dont buy this as it is clearly over priced.

> 3 dayThis is really great for little ones. Its sturdy and well built. Ive used it as a step, myself, and it shows no signs of weakness (I weigh considerably more than the 110 lb recommended weight limit). It boosts about 7 inches. My daughter still has to stand on her tippy toes to reach the water and can not reach the faucet tap. I love that it has a non-slip pad at the top and grippy pads on the bottom. It holds fast to little feet, but feels cushiony. It doesnt hurt bare feet to stand on it. It even works when my toddler is flailing around trying to avoid tooth brushing - which is often. I guess if there was a problem with this product, it would be that its too non-slip. It has no handle, so my daughter has a heck of a time dragging it out from under the sink herself. But I like that it stays where I put it, even when my (laminate) bathroom floor is wet.

> 3 dayExactly as pictured, and holds my 30 pound toddler quite well. It is great to put in front of the sink as she learns to wash her hands, and very easy to move out of the way. There is rubber on the bottom, so Im not worried about it slipping on the bathroom floor, and it stays put as she stands on it. Very happy with the product!
