I used the original babybum with my first baby which was very convenient. This allowed me to keep my fingers and nails to be ointment free with each diaper change. Now that the mini version is available, I am even more pleased as this comes with a case - so I no longer have to use a ziplock bag to carry it in and the smaller size is great as it fits in any bag.

This item is an absolute must have! I ordered it on a whim based on other reviews, not sure if it was going to be necessary or not, and I have found that I absolutely love it. You dont have to get that thick diaper rash cream all over your hands! Its so simple to apply with the spatula. I ended up ordering another for my diaper bag and have told all my pregnant friends. This is going to be apart of any baby gifts I give in the future. I love it!
