Both the tool itself and the cores are good quality. You don’t want to skimp on valve cores because it can lead to an expensive refrigerant leak. This is a brand that consistently produces tight tolerance, high quality parts. Unlike some other brands, I’ve never had any issues with C &D parts. They are worth the extra cost.

Works Nicely

Very well-made all brass tool. The end cap is threaded on and the shaft is bored out to hold the three valve cores it comes with. There is absolutely no comparison between this quality tool and the crummy import models I passed on at the auto parts store. Im glad I chose to order this, and I hope C&D keeps making these quality brass tools in the US forever.

Yes this very small tool.is great to replace any stock core and replace for new, very handly, small space to carrier, and funtional, but.I like if bring one holder to keep on the car, keys

Meh. I thought this tool would be larger. I only holds three or four valve cores. I end up reaching for my thermostat screwdriver with a core tool on the other end instead. Maybe I should try and put it in my pocket instead of into the bottom of my bag never to be found.

I like the fact it is made of brass, and has storage internally for replacement valves. Good value. I would recommend this seller.
