You plug them in, they work.

Its 3 wires, Im not sure how but they managed to cross the neutral and hot. It will probably work fine, but its technically not correct and could damage equipment or injure someone.

Great for repurposing spare power cables that comes with your desktop PC & networking gear as power extension cable.

For my latest order of these, the page still claims they are rated for 13A -- which would imply they are still 16AWG.
