I plugged in both cell phones and the C Type cord charged my phone faster than the micro port. I am so happy that I bought this cord and if ever my devices fully move over to C type charging ports, I will be happy to buy a second cord. I expect this cord to last a very long time as it is a strong cord. I love the color too (pink). I also got my delivery 1 day earlier than expected which is nice too.
