> 24 hourStill in great shape after 4 years on boat/ski trailers. Although, the spares are under a car port/garage most of the time. When exposed, it is too an extreme AZ and CA heat (105+) for several weeks at a time, for most of the summer. Hasnt discolored and still secure at highway speeds across the AZ and CA desert. I am replacing one as on more than one occasion I forgot to remove the cover while exiting a steep driveway. Even after being dragged multiple times against the concrete, the darn thing lasted and still works, but is now torn at the bottom. Certainly not the products fault!! Purchasing another.

> 24 hourSo far so good. I purchased this several months ago and it seems to be holding up. The spare is in the sun all the time and so far this doesnt seem to be showing any sign of drying out. I suspect it will give out in a couple years but they all do.

> 24 hourI purchased this cover as an inexpensive option for covering the spare tire on the rear door of my camper van. It does the job and looks fine, but upon initial install, the shock cord that was sewn in broke loose from its stitches. Instead of returning it, I went to the store and bought some nylon cord, and threaded it through, leaving enough to tie off. It worked perfectly. Just be careful when putting it on not to pull too hard to stretch it over tire.

> 24 hourLiving in AZ where the weather can get up to the 118s, we needed a cover for our trailer mounted spare so the sun didnt eat it up all summer. I looked on several sites and found this one on Amazon. The price is right, but I didnt know if it would be cheap. I was pleasantly surprised, it fit the tire nicely and since the trailer gets submerged I needed a cover that would drain well. This one does both jobs nicely. The cover is tight, covers the spare completely and if you position the slit correctly, drains quickly after being taken from the water. Good, inexpensive cover that does the job.
