Our daughter got this as a 6th birthday gift. It has plenty of room for overnight trips, including shoes, bath items, books and toys. She loves packing it herself and can carry it on her own. There is a separate zippered area for shoes so they dont touch the clean clothes, and she loves the side pockets for her toothbrush and comb.

I was actually very disappointed because it was a very nice bag, but it had a very strong odor:( I actually let it air out for several days but the smell just would not go away; sadly, I had to return it

bag is smaller than realized based on size. There is also a side pocket that actually takes up space on the inside of the bag, not functional at all.

I bought this for my son and it held a weeks worth of clothes, two sets of shoes and a blanket. The pockets were also deeper than expected. Very nice quality bag
