Great for travel, huge amount of space to fit things!

I did a good deal of looking before settled on this pack. I wanted lots of exterior pockets, and the cel phone charger port seemed like a nice addition. (I never have used the charger port). Ive been fully satisfied with the packs design, but regrettably some of the stitching failed. However, Customer Support proved to be outstanding: Very quick, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. They immediately sent me a new backpack. Excellent design, great customer support. I’m completely satisfied.

Over all the bag is amazing, it’s roomy with lots of pockets, one of the inside pockets in the big part of the bag came unstitched on one side, but it was a very easy fix This bag has kept my items clean, dry and safe and It’s very lightweight I love the color

The quality is better than i expected, to be honest the usb slot wasnt what i expected, it doesnt have any mechanism to make it stay there. so a bit of a pull and back inside it goes, but everything else is very good, it fits a lot of stuff that i carry, even my lunch, and the usb thing is not that hard to put back up again so all in all this was a good purchase.

I love this bag. The only thing Im annoyed about is that the USB keeps falling out into the bag. It wont stay in the plastic piece and the little USB storage zipper wont stay zipped. Other than that its great. Fast shipping. UPDATE: Great customer service! I got an email apologizing for the USB and they are sending me a free gift!

Just as I opened it from the plastic bag reading made in China I could already get a feeling of how cheap the material would be and when I felt the material it was just as I had thought. The material feels like cardboard or plastic. Very rough on the surface. Unlike fabric which feels like cloth or some kind of raggy texture. It feels none of that. Its texture again feels very stiff like almost as if it was made from plastic. I expect this to not last longer than a month for my use since I tend to put heavy books. I decided to go get a refund. I hope this review helps people who are looking to buy a good looking backpack and at the same time look for a backpack made from a real good material instead of a stiff plasticky one.

It works pretty well. Some of the pockets dont close very well (the ones without zippers) but it looks good and holds stuff. Its functional.

Love this backpack. Its more compact than my older bag, but it somehow holds more items. I have a 15.6 inch laptop and I finally feel secure carrying it around. The only thing is that I dont use the USB port as much as I expected. I carry around a portable battery charger and it turns out that I dont feel comfortable not carrying the charger in my hand. Go figure! Oh well, I got a free USB cord out of it.

Getting it I never really expected it to appear better than the picture it’s really good and the look of is the icing on the cake!

I got this bag to be my everyday backpack. I use it for work and class. I can fit my laptop in it no problem. Well made all the way around. The shoulder straps are not cheaply made, they are made to withstand abuse. Ive had this backpack about a year now with heavy use and it still shows no signs of wear and tear
