This is a really effective and light wide angle prime lens that I use with my Canon EOS 100D.

Gran producto calidad-precio, genial para viajes por su tamaño ya que cabe donde sea. Lo recomiendo sobre todo para aquellas personas que se están iniciando en el mundo de la fotografía, que tienen sólo un 50mm y están buscando nuevas posibilidades para sus composiciones.

I have this on an old EOS 550D. It looks a bit weird, to be honest, on a body that big, but its a lovely piece of kit. Reviews will tell you that this is a lot like having a 50mm prime on a 35mm film (or full-frame digital) camera, but it isnt quite like that. It feels a lot wider, both in the viewfinder and in the resulting image. Naturally it doesnt give you the wide shots you get with your 18-55mm kit lens, but at a comparable zoom it is pin sharp and doesnt suffer from chromatic aberration.

This is a brilliant addition to my lens collection - I bought it for food photography but I have used it for all sorts of things, its now rarely off my camera. Excellent for pet photos as well.
