I dont know what is wrong with the ink, only use black ink but color ink is reducing by time. Now its all gone even I did not print a piece of corlor paper, print asking me to get a new color ink before I used the printer. What a nice strategy to do business by send me a ghost ink box.

It is too expensive for what you get.

2nd time Ive ordered the XL n its great again at a great price

When I installed the ink into my printer, it stated that there was no ink which means that both the color and black ink cartridges are empty. I dont like paying for something I dont get. I expect my moneys worth.
