I have tried compatible cartridges, compatible black cartridges have never been any good, some of the compatible color cartridges are acceptable, but the genuine Canon cartridges are the only ones to use. Expensive, but trouble-free.

It’s a pricy ink cartridge from Canon. Works great, but as everyone knows it’s not cheap. Amazon price is the same as other retailers.
