Disclaimer: I dont know what Im doing. The plug on what I guess to be the sewer cleanout in my front yard broke and just want it to be covered. The PVC pipe is 6 across, so I got this plug. The plug is 6.5 wide, so it wont fit inside the pipe. And its only 5.75 on the inside, so it wont fit outside the pipe.

Hit my other septic cap with the mower by accident, just a small nick in the top, big box stores dont carry anything larger than 4, I looked on Amazon and there it is exactly what I needed, ordered Sat had by Monday after work, took the old one out and screwed the new on on, another project complete thanks to Amazon.

Worked well to replace my sewer clean out cap I ran over with my lawnmower.

I was afraid it might not fit. The 6 size listing made me worry since the broken one measured about 6 1/2. But it turned out the perfect size, I assume these are all standard plumbing sizes. Price could have been a bit less, but I am satisfied.

This appears well made. The threads are clean without burrs.
