Canvas Israeli Paratrooper Crossbody Shoulder Bag

I just needed a simple bag that had a bit of style to it, to haul around day-to-day stuff on a recent trip overseas. This one did the trick nicely -- no danger of it being confused for a man purse, aka murse, because it looks pretty tough. Just dont expect it to be anything firm or have lots of compartments or the like, like a proper leather satchel -- this one is all cloth. However it has the Israeli paratrooper logo on it so thats a win right there. Good.

I had a canvas for ever but could not fit my Macbook 15. I have been recently buying T-shirts and now this bag from Rothco. I have been happy with my T-shirts and now it is a nice bag. The only thing that did not happen was the front compartment with a huge number of sleeves for pens. Yet, someone may find it nice for artists or writers in general.

My son loves it and pretty good construction too.

This bag has solved all my art bag issues! Put my brushes in the front part, pencils. Holds several necessary smaller bags and holds my pochade box easel as well as my watercolor paper & 1 or 2 bottles of water. Oh, & 2 collapsible water buckets for painting. Quality bag for artists, campers, hiking, work or a trip! Love it!

Durable 100% cotton canvas bag. Sturdy construction. Large 3 pocket interior with smaller pocket on front. Roomy enough to handle a 3 ring binder, a couple of text books, and extra school supplies. Will easily fit a laptop (up to 15 inches), notebook, netbook, or ipad. I dont think this is waterproof....but appears washable (no maintenance label), I suggest cold water wash, low temp or hang dry to avoid shrinkage. Product is as described, and pictured. I like this bag so much, that I plan on ordering it in the other colors.

Durable heavy fabric good quality

Bag is of decent quality material and should looks like a robust design, but one of the middle pockets is disconnected to the bottom of the bag so misc. items can wander from one pocket to another. Also, the front snaps on the smaller pocket dont line up well making it look a off. This is functionally fine, but could have been corrected. Strap is connected by two clips. It would be nice if the clips could freely rotate like on some bags disallowing the strap to become twisted.

The picture has red wings, I liked the wings; thats why I picked this bag from several other options of bags; the bag that came is plain, no wings. Its a black canvas material, kind of faded. I bought it as a gift for a friend, he likes bags that look old and his birthday was yesterday, the day the bag arrived, so Im not going to bother returning it but its not the bag pictured; Im disappointed.

When I received the plastic envelope it was torn open in many places. It had two stains on the back side that looked like it was either oil or grease. There was also a small area on the back that was showing signs of the fabric starting to tear in that one spot. I returned it inside a box which is what it should have been shipped in. The damage that was done was probably during the shipping and handling process and not that of the manufacturer.
