My daughter uses this messenger bag for school. She has had it for about 2 weeks. It has held up well as she carries a 3-ring-binder, 2 notebooks, 2 folders, and books. She uses the two pockets for a pencil case, a calculator and other stuff. It has shown no signs of deteriorating. I recommend getting this messenger bag if you have few textbooks. Really good!

Its a nice bag but the material is super stiff and scratchy. If youre looking for a rugged bag, then its perfect. I was just thought the material would be softer.
