Its not made to stay on you if you simply drap it over your shoulder. Unless you place the bags strap across entire body it just slips off shoulder. I am a life long fan of KAUKKO bags yet the shoulder strap is made to only stay on if you place it over your head and across your body or it will just keep slipping off.

Love this sturdy backpack, though not super feminine looking (I bought son-in-law a black one for his business travels), it has several pockets, a space for tablet (in two places), keys, makeup/meds, 3 phone pockets or protein bar, etc. I have lots of extra room inside the largest pocket, even with a large thick wallet, protein bars, miscellaneous items. You could easily carry a book as well as your tablet, cell phone, charger, cord, battery pack and so on. Mine currently carries:

Absolutely love this bag! I do wish it had another side compartment but I have been impressed with how much fits in it and the quality. Shipping was fast. I do need to add that my husband bought this for him and he found it was too small for him and girly. I LOVE for me... and my daughters keep trying to steal it. lol

Bag is fairly compact, but makes terrific use of space for storage. I am able to carry my laptop (12 MacBook) along with 2 notebooks, 1 smaller book, and the laptops charger in one compartment. I can also carry around Post Its, a few pens, and other items. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures and feels very durable.

With all the things that you have to carry today. This is your life saver.
