Its a really well-made bag, and a nice size for everyday use. (not really large enough for travel or carrying much) I love the colors and construction, but the shoulder strap is lightweight and twists easily. It just doesnt match the heavy-duty feel of the bag.

I was very happy when I first got this messenger bag, I really liked the Scruffy dog logo, BUT it doesnt hold up. The inside pockets first started to come apart then the liner inside started to come apart then the zipper fell off and then inside zipper got stuck. So after 45 days this bag become unless. Wish I could return it and get my money back!!!!!

This is the 3rd bag from this company that I have purchased. My son loves them. The first 2 are great, however this one leaves much to be imagined. Mainly because the purchase will be a week late as of tomorrow. No updates on shipping or delivery. It’s been sitting less than 20 minutes from my home for 7 days with absolutely no communication. This was supposed to be a replacement for the previous bag I purchased that the strap ripped on. Now I guess l find something elsewhere. The bag quality is good. The communication and reliability of service not so great. It’s disappointing.

I like it because its the perfect size to carry things while on vacation.

The size was small but all the pockets are perfect. Its a beautiful little bag, but the one I received reeked of smoke. It was very easy to return.

My main zipper broke just a few months after purchase. I love the design, but I cant use it now. I dont think I will buy from this company again which is so sad.

I got this bag because i needed something small for a short flight and back. Most airline charge big fees for a checked bag or even carry-ons. This bag has all the room i needed for my chargers, personal items, and other little things i needed for my flight. And the best part, i didnt get charged for a carry on. Its convenient and looks great.

It has plenty of room for my daily essentials. Comfortable and well built.

i needed a new bag after my old one finally had to be put to rest after almost 6 years. im so glad i found this one. its a perfect size to carry all my random stuff i need at work. its made really well and i except it to last aslong as my old bag did.

I just started using this bag and it is everything I had hoped for. I didnt want a fanny pouch and I didnt want a back pack. This bag is the perfect middle ground, not too small and not too big. It is very well mad, stylish, and as a dog lover, the company name and logo is perfect. Plenty of different pockets for all of your travel needs. With the advances of the iPhone, I dont even need to travel with a laptop or computer tablet. This bag has the right amount of room for things like headphones, tablet reader (Kindle, etc.) travel adapters, etc. I love everything about this bag and am very happy with this purchase. I cant wait to put it to the test when I travel again in September.
