Ordered a car charger, which failed after 1 week. Contacted customer service and they replaced it within 48 hours. It’s sturdy, charging well and I can’t fault the efficiency of the customer service team. What I liked is one of the usb slot charges regular and the 2nd usb slot is a fast charger . There is also a blue dot like light when plugged in.
