I ordered the seat protector and when it arrived in the mail there was no head rest strap to keep it from falling forward. I emailed customer service directly and within 1 week they replaced the original at no cost and told me to keep or throw away the defective one!

Always get a seat protector with rear facing car seats because kids’ feet are dirty!

It’s a great seat cover. Very sturdy and protects my leather seats very well. My only issue is that when I have my baby’s car seat in the middle the width of it gets in the way of comfortably buckling up on the seats next to it. We have to lift it every time they need to be used.

I bought this thing to protect my cars leather seat. There are no dents in the car seat with protective devices. This is definitely an advantage. Its easy to use.

I bought this in hopes that it would be a dupe for the munchkin one. It is not the same thick rubber material, but a lightweight one. I think I prefer it to the bulk of the munchkin one. It is exactly what I needed to protect my new car, and also fits extremely well. Would recommend this!

Did anybody else’s purchase have a really strong smell out of the box? They have been sitting out on the porch for a few days and it’s still very pungent…. Otherwise the protector seems sturdy and similar to the brica protector we have on our other seats. I like that these have a lip on the seat portion to actually catch spills.
