Strengths: Durable exterior constriction Practical, medium size and capacity Nice look and feel Weaknesses: Questionable interior material quality Single zipper exterior pouches Laptop compartment zipper design My biggest concern is the interior compartment material quality. It seems wildly out of character when compared with the exterior, which is excellent. Next, I dont know why all the exterior pockets dont have dual zippers. It seems trivial until you have one slightly overloaded and stuff falls out as you have to pull the single zipper all the way up and around to gain access. Only the main compartment has two, leaving the other three with slightly awkward access. Overall, I like the bag but a brand like Carhartt should be paying better attention to the details at this price point.

This backpack holds my chargers, mouse, books, clothes, 16inch MacBook Pro, 12 inch iPad, pencils, calculator, body wash, face wash, medication, water bottle, etc comfortably, all at once, with room to spare. I cannot recommend this back pack enough. People in my life are tired of hearing about this backpack. I love this backpack.

Would be nice to have a laptop backpack where the laptop actually fits in the side sleeve for the laptop itself. $100 dollars wasted.

I bought this backpack for my husband and he loved it. Its sturdy and holds a lot.

Zipper broken and poor workmanship on the seems

Id been searching high and low for a reasonably priced mens backpack that had a luggage sleeve. I was leaning toward this one because it was the same type of fabric my sons carryon bag was made of. Didnt realize it had the luggage sleeve until it arrived. Has plenty of compartments and a dedicated padded laptop section. I added some colored zipper pulls to better identify since its all black.

I’ve used this backpack for around a month now. I would go as far as to say that this is my favorite backpack i’ve ever owned, until one of the pockets in the front pocket of the bag just completely ripped. All i had in that section was an airpods case… Big bummer, but everything else about the backpack i love! Sturdy (for the most part) and comfortable. Holds all my university materials and much more. Side laptop compartment fits my 13.6 macbook air very comfortably.

It looks good. It’s pretty compact and feels tough overall.
