Greater than one weekcan fit a decent amount of food in there, all the sections/compartments are well thought through. only downfall for me is the non adjustable strap.

> 3 dayQuite large! Zippers are a bit difficult to maneuver. Shoulder strap is not adjustable and I cut it off to get it out of the way. Dont like to side tunnel entry to the top compartment.
