I got a free bottle. They are big so if you have gag issues this is not for u. My doctor recommended it due to high Trigelestrol.

This is probably the best value Ive found so far, for fish oil. Affordable, clearly high quality, and good EPA concentrations. (Most adults need more EPA than DHA.) The lemon is subtle, almost unnoticeable and masks any potential fishy taste. The only downside? The softgel capsules are HUGE. Difficult to get down unless you already have food in your mouth ready for swallowing. But fish oil is supposed to be taken with meals anyway, so I suppose thats the way to do it. Overall Id probably recommend this product, though a lot of people are going to want smaller softgels.

Guys, I highly recommend this product for your daily intake when compared with Costco or other omega 3 products. Here’s the reason. 1. If you read the label, EPA and DHA combines is 1400mg unlike other omega products which only have 250mg combined EPA and DHA. Which means, for 2 soft pills you are getting 1400mg of EPA and DHA, but for the omegas you get in Costco or the regular brands, you have to take attests 5 softpills to satisfy your 1400mg of EPA and DHA. 2. This only has omega 3’s unlike other products which also have omega 6’s(which we don’t need at all, since we already get them from our meals) 3. For the cost per pill and the quality, I would highly recommend this product.

The EPA part of Omega 3 blocks inflammatory cytokines and is said to act like an Nsaid. 3 of these a day is my treatment for chronic wrist pain from a broken wrist. There are no side effects like stomach problems that Nsaids have. Two a day is adequate for pain relief, but 3 a day works better. At one a day I still have chronic pain. I trust the quality of this product because of third party testing.

For those of us who believe fish oil keeps inflamation down, these capsules represent the best value for the dollar Ive seen. They contain the most active ingredients, which is what one has to look for when purchasing. Nice to have the extra little bottle also.

It delivers what it says it will do.
