> 24 hourSome of the yarns come in a bag and some of them were coming out of their labels. Overall good product that I bought from the inexpensive price. I love to get the one pound balls because then I can make so much stuff out of it!

> 24 hourI bought 1 Rose, 1 Dark Purple, 1 Light Purple and 4 Soft Pink skeins of the Caron One Pound Yarn and every single blessed one of them knotted up while using them. The Rose had a factory knot in it, connecting 5 different yarn pieces together. In the 20 years I have been using yarn, I have NEVER had this problem. This was my first and last time using this brand. I spent more time untangling yarn than I did making the blankets I bought them for. If I hadnt spent $8.99 a skein on them I would have thrown them away. Stay away from this brand.

> 24 hourThis is a great yarn if you don’t want soft or easy to use. It knots as you crochet, making for a very aggravating experience. And no matter how much you wash the finished piece it never softens up. I would not recommend this for afghans, and definitely not for anything a baby would use or wear. However, because of the yarn’s stiffness think it would be good for a throw rug, bath mat, or anything that you want to show the stitch pattern like a wall hanging.

> 24 hourFor the price, the quality of this yarn is good. It’s thicker than most worsted weight yarns, so is great for projects that require more structure. It washes to be a soft, cozy yarn.

> 24 hourA good huge “ball” of yarn, not soft but nice and strong and in so many many colours... you can make anything out of it, its easy to work with and - oh I just love it even though it has some few issues: it’s really not soft so get something else if you want cuddly, it’s a yarn on it’s own, I think it only works best with itself but of course you can mix textures, it’s heavy - you could say hen you work with One Pound it’s like painting with acrylic as opposed to water colours. I love it.

> 24 hourGreat quality yarn. I made a baby blanket with the colors off-white, persimmon and rose on a 5 mm hook. Looking forward to using more colors by Caron.
