So far, so good! It worked as expected for the one time I’ve used it. I like that it’s lightweight (less than 10 pounds) and easily portable. The water does not quickly heat but it’s an acceptable length of time. I haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet because I’ve only used the unit once..that will change in the near future, I’m sure, since we just got a puppy. The unit seems sturdy enough that it should last for years. If it doesn’t, I’ll come back and update my review.

Did not work right out of the box. They were very quick to supply me with another and then explain what was wrong with the first one. Apparently the filter pad was not installed correctly. From either myself or the company. Anyway, I am now very pleased with the customer service and the unit itself.. did a great job cleaning my furniture.

This little machine is great for spot cleaning carpets. I dont want to pull out my full size carpet cleaner all the time so this is useful to use in between full carpet washes. Use warm water in it and it will heat up the water much faster. Yes the suction isnt as good as commercial machines, but for the size of this machine, its really not bad. I used this on my stairs as well and it did a decent job. It was easier than lugging my big machine on each step. If you have pets that make messes, this would be handy for you.

I been playing with this since i got it. Lets just say my car and my house are spotless, literally. Cleaning your car with one of this is the most satisfying thing i have ever done. I also used it on my couches, and my rugs, its wonderful. She is a beauty to. Good looking spot cleaner.

Man, this thing is small, compact but cleans well. Used it to clean my car and my coach and it cleaned it well. Glad I purchased it cause I was hesitant at 1st but glad I got it. Worth the money.

So its not design for commercial use. Its better for for car and bed. I use it as backup for my car details, also use as a carpet clean machine. My experiences was good, the steam can heat up so fast and the water is strong too. It come with three different heads and use for whatever needs. Over all, very good but small

I ordered this unit to use in automotive detailing. It works very well but I could see its being too small for big projects around the house. The holding tank is a good size for cars but doing carpets in the house you will need to keep emptying it which could be excessive.

Exactly what I was looking for. There are areas in my stairs that are a bit stained just from them being used so much and this certainly got them looking like brand new again. Extremely easy to use by just adding water and carpet cleaning solution, clicking it on, allowing it to heat and off you go. Very nice suction power that has a mix of expelling cleaning solution and sucking up the residue. Easy to operate, navigate, light weight, easy to store, very accessible! A+
