Product was poor quality. Zippers did not work

Bought this for a week long trip. I fit 2 pants, 6 shirts, 6 shorts, chacos and sneakers in here along with several rolled up tshirts. Items were a little wrinkled but not too bad for overpacking. Plane was full, so had to gate-check it and it survived luggage tossing pretty good. Took on a few scratches to th leather but nothing busted or ripped. Nice shoulder strap too. Hope it lasts a long time. Would recommend

The appearance and feel of this bag is great, however the first time I used it my strap broke, waling from my car to catch my shuttle. I had to carry my bag around for an international flight with no ability to use the strap. I am very disappointed because the hook on the strap just broke off.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He has used it maybe five times and the main zipper is broken. This is unacceptable for such an expensive item.

With low quality zippers, I cannot use this bag. It comes apart when traveling and is basically unusable. Since I missed the return window, I am stuck with this bag, otherwise I would get rid of it!
