This comes in a box, then comes with a plastic bag. With plastic wrap around the handles. Unzip it, and the second suitcase is in plastic, with plastic wrapped around the handles. The smallest suitcase has even more plastic - by the time you have unwrapped everything you have enough plastic to make a fourth suitcase! However the wheels work, it turns, and there is no fault I can find, except the zipper can be a little bit fiddly. Just run a little bit of dry soap bar along the teeth of the zipper and it fixes itself.

Took a trip to France with this new set and was impressed with 360 degree wheels. Makes travelling easier

I bought this case for my wedding to cyprus. so first time used it and it has dented split and cracked with a hole in it this should not happen I have bought hard cases before and never had this problem this must be a faulty product

lightweight, it was excellent as carry on luggage.

the case arrived dented. their customer service were really helpful in getting a solution. the side locking is really fiddly to get both tags into the locking device.

I am really pleased with the bag. I would really recommended it for the price value. The only thing to bare in mind that when purchase this to get a luggage cover as it my little luggage got scratched quite bad and it very visible. But really happy overall.
