> 3 dayI bought this to use for travel on a 4 day trip. To be completely honest, when I first saw it online, I thought it was ugly. However, when I got it, I really liked it. The picture doesn’t do it justice. For a carry on, it was pretty spacious; I was able to pack 4 days of clothing along with other necessities. My favorite part of the luggage, was the ease to transport it. Extremely easy to transport. I was able to run through the airport without having any issues. Also it was very lightweight. I was able to carry on the plane without any hassle. I would definitely buy it again, but it will be a long time before I do because the suitcase is very high quality. I highly recommend this for others.

> 3 dayI thought I’d order this carryon to replace my tattered old one and if I liked it I’d get other pieces in the set. I like this one, a lot. The wheels spin great, the zipper glides and doesn’t stick. The TSA locking system is great. It’s small but then again it’s a 20” carryon so the size is as expect. I think being hard sided maybe limits what you can squeeze in it some. I love the color, dark grey. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t find that there are any other sizes in this style. I’d like to get the next size up but it doesn’t look like BAGSMART makes any other sizes.

15-11-2024Fun to drive. Easy to pack and tricky to unlock without a YouTube video. Its a good carry on that travels easy. No problems on its first trip.

Greater than one weekI really like this suitcase overall, but its definitely smaller than I had expected for the price. That is partly on me because I should have realized the size in the details, but the picture seemed as though it was a bit larger. I was also surprised it didnt have an expanding feature like many other suitcases Ive used.

Greater than one weekI have put this carry on to the test this Christmas and I love it! It’s easy to travel with. It is a little small and limit the number of items that I can take with me but it’s all good ,for a carryon I believe that it is more than enough space. It’s lightweight, making it convenient to load or unload in and out of the car .

> 3 dayThis is a slightly smaller hard shell rolling suitcase for the purposes of using it as a carry-on. It makes good use of its smaller space inside with just a very few small mesh pockets for storing certain fragile things out of the way. Other than that it is completely empty inside.

> 3 dayJust used this suitcase as my one carry-on for a 1-week trip to Hawaii. Everything fit, including gifts on the way home. Zipper closed easily, rollers were strong, loved having regular handles on the long and short sides, making a easier to lift into the car and overheads. Easily complied with American Airlines carry on requirements

> 3 dayI have been a frequent traveler over the years, with the majority of it for work. I have had a few years where I was away more than home. Saying all of that to say that I actually know something about luggage and the importance of getting a quality bag. I had found this carry on to be well constructed. The handle feels robust and solid, where I have had a few that feel flimsy and actually break pretty quickly. That is not this bag. I was and still am uncertain how much I like the wavy surface of the bag. It does provide a bit of interior protection to your items, but I did not like the waves as much when I was putting it into the trunk or in to the overhead bin. Those ridges seem to get caught on many things and make the pushing or pulling of the bag on its face or back, a little bit harder. The wheels / rollers on this bag are also quite solid and smooth when you load the bag up and drive it around. The interior has a bunch of compartments, which I actually really liked. They created a bunch of internal space for what I might carry in my laptop back pack, which makes that bag a bit lighter and easier on the shoulder. The integrated TSA lock on the zipper is sort of standard these days, but it has it and it works pretty well. The last thing worth note on this bag is the color. I ordered the gray / Charcoal color and I really like it. I have had a couple of bags that were a lighter silver and the amount of dirt that they show quickly is awful. This grey is a darker color, so it hides the dirt and then allows you to not just have a black bag. It makes it easier to pick out your bag from a line up. I hope that this helps.
