> 3 dayThis suitcase was sooooo pretty on her maiden voyage! A beautiful gleaming pink as I checked in for our flight. At luggage carousel, I was shocked at the damage! Dents (dark black chipped out all the outside layers), scratches, chunks literally missing. So disappointed.

Greater than one weekI’ve used this suitcase twice and the gray plastic on the lock/zipper broke. I’ve purchased cheaper suitcases that have lasted me years. For 189$ I would’ve expected this one to last longer and not fall apart in two uses. There also isn’t a way to return or replace the item. Don’t buy this suitcase and stick with something more dependable.
