Update…. This company has worked really hard with me to find a solution and they are sending a replacement that should work better.

The bag has more storage room than similar-sized bags. The 4 wheels make it very maneuverable. The back strap could be a bit wider as it is a very tight fit over my larger bag (which has a bigger pull handle than most. It fit into the overhead compartments, though it was a tight fit on the smaller plane I traveled on (I may have overpacked it some). Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.

Did not fit in overhead bin of small planes. The hard bottom was a little too wide.

I bought this carry on only because I need something to place my feet on, so they stay a little higher and avoid legs pain, on long flights. I just came back from Italy and was very disappointed to find out that it does not fit under the airplane seats. I wish I could return it.

This was exactly what I wanted. Nice underseater. However, the handle on mine does not lock in the extended position, which is very annoying when traveling. This is not a cheap piece of luggage and since I got rid of the box I cannot return. Very disappointed.

This carry on was great for flying. I loved the many pockets and ease of wheeling. However after using it twice the handle broke. It would not go down from the up position. Needless to say this was a problem on board the aircraft. I contacted the seller twice and received no response. This product was disappointing for the price.

The zipper to the larger pocket gets stuck on its curves making zipping the bag difficult. The front pocket needs to be deeper. Once an IPad is put in there it’s hard to get much else in it.

I use this as my carryon bag. Fits nicely on top of my bigger bag. For short trips its all I need. iPad fits well.

I bought two of these back in October. The handle of one stopped working before we left the airport on our very first trip with it. It would no longer lock in place. I contacted the company. They told me to send it back and they would give me a free replacement. I sent it back. It is now January and they still have not sent my replacement. I’ve contacted Amazon and they have been helpful to an extent, but Verage has not. After multiple conversations with Amazon, and lots of runaround telling me thar Verage told them there was a back order, none in stock, etc., Amazon finally just had me order another one…..paying an even higher price. It still has not been delivered either. So now I am out even more money and still don’t have my suitcase. I really did like the suitcase, but the customer service has been a nightmare and too much of a headache to deal with so I’d recommend buying from a different company.
