The Good: The slightly reflective metallic blue color is very attractive, as is the case molding; which seems to be made of a stiff rubber that is soft to the touch. The zipper is sturdy, works smoothly and is attached to the case quite well. You can shake this case like a maraca, but once the CDs are inside their sleeves and the case zipped close nothing will slide loose. Theres some room at the back/bottom of the case to fit CD literature (theres no pocket, these will simply lay loose). The Bad: Lightly pressed/glued rather than stitched sleeves. The sleeves are not made for heavy-duty use; so if youre a DJ, or serious music lover wholl be sliding CDs in and out multiple times a day I would suggest a Slappa hard body case instead - you get what you pay for. The Ugly: Case arrived smelling like it had marinated in a cigarette factory prior to shipment. Im not sure if the smell is from the materials that the case is made of or if the case was somehow exposed to something adverse. Sadly the smell is so strong that its nauseating, but it isnt worth the hassle of returning. My hope is that this is an anomaly and that most buyers wont experience the same issue. - If it werent for the cigarette smell I would have rated this with 4 stars. Overall: A functional and good-looking (dare I say sleek) storage option for the average user - that is priced reasonably.

I purchased this case with the intention of using it in my car where it is going to inevitably be banged around, dropped, have things placed on it, and experience extremes of temperature (especially since I live in Las Vegas). It has held up remarkably well and provided a visually appealing case for CDs that stands up to punishment. While this isnt a hard case made of impermeable plastic it is still sturdy with pockets deep enough to hold both the discs and the booklets without warping. It still looks surprisingly good for the abuse I have put it through. The case retains its shape well, even when full, and even when dropped or otherwise jolted around. While it wont hold up to a rainstorm you arent usually going to be running around in a downpour with your case, and it will withstand a spill from a beverage. It is also slim enough to fit in your center console without taking up too much space or fit between your seat and the console if that is what you require of it to have easy access.

First it’s a good looking case, which is the feature you are buying with this case (along with the color). The exterior isn’t a hard plastic, it feels like a hard or thick vinyl so it still has some flexibility to it. This is probably a desirable feature to avoid scratching the finish of the case or any surface it comes in contact with and it is relatively resistant to fingerprints. The color is a satin fine-matte which makes it easy to spot for when you finally do go looking for it and hence why I chose it over a black canvas unit. The internal construction is the standard clear and black plasticky-vinyly-clothish material that all cases have with no particular features or materials quality to it to be memorable or more worthy of your consideration. Overall it will safely store your dead technology discs in a tastefully colorful yet unobtrusive case that can still be forgotten about on a shelf or in a drawer.

OK, so I havent given up my CDs for an all digital collection — so sue me. But I finally decided to offload all the jewel cases that take up so very much room. I didnt want a GIANT wallet that I couldnt lift, so I was thrilled to find these Case Logic wallets at a 72-disc capacity for $12/13. Heres the thing... the case is great. But my god it smells. Now while I was reading reviews of other cases I noticed that someone somewhere made a comment about a case smelling and off-gassing, and I thought — well thats just ridiculous. I was wrong. Yes, these things are far from natural products, but the smell... its like a mix of petroleum and death. Its not even an interesting kind of bad. And when one buys three of the things like I did, the smell is compounded. I thought, Surely these things will smell better in a day or so. Nope. I finally got out the Febreeze, lined the cases up, sprayed them down on one side, let it dry, flipped, sprayed, dried, flipped, sprayed, dried, flipped, sprayed and dried again. Theyre relatively none offensive now, though Ive stored them in my stereo cabinet and am curious to see how it smells when I open the doors or, pray tell, what will happen if I leave one of these things in my car on a warm day. All that said, Im happy with the size, shape, and sturdiness of the case. :)

I bought this to hold my mostly physical video game collection. It holds any disc for a console that uses them and yes that includes GameCube discs. The discs arent quite snug, but theyre secure enough to not fall out if you open it upside down, and GameCube discs require some finagling to get in and out. Its not in there, but I would have appreciated some kind of pouch on the inside to hold memory cards or flash drives but I guess they couldnt fit it in there. Very sturdy case tho, you can throw it around with discs inside without much to worry about. Im not saying you can chuck it against the wall but you can throw it on a couch or ottoman underhanded with no chance of any damage to the discs inside.

I like the ability to store movies and DVDs. I ordered one and ordered another, which arrived within 24 hours. I also like the size of the jacket. It does not take up a lot of space. I will elaborate after time has passed. I can slide discs in and out with ease so far. I gave it four stars, but if this product holds up for a few months I will further rate the product a 5, unless it falls apart. So far I love it.

I bought this to place my Xbox and Ps4 games that had missing or broken cases. I love how compact it is. Cant go wrong with Case Logic.
