Its a great size for the Garmin Nuvi 3650 that we purchased. Everything fits nicely. Its a little heavier than I would have like but otherwise its fine.

... although this may be a feature you would like. For me, I am trying to fit the thing in a rather small glove compartment. All I needed was a case to protect my Nuvi. The extra storage space inside is welcome for keeping cords organized but makes for a tight fit in the glove.

I bought a TomTom GPS and the suction cup is attached to the GPS. The case surrounds the entire system and has enough room for the cable too.

Plenty of room inside for garmin, power cord, USB cord and suction mount.
