I bought this to start castor oil packing over my abdomen for better GI health. It’s easy to use, mess free, and super easy to adjust to different sizes.

I have been reading about Castor Oil Packs helping with uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts and saw this one. Ive been using the pack every evening for an hour with a heating pad on low for two weeks. The pad is very easy to use, comfortable, and has not leaked. Im happy to say that I did not get menstrual cramps during my cycle, which was amazing, and I have noticed that my abdomen has lost some of the bloat Ive experienced for the last year. I cant believe how effective Castor Oil Packs are!
