The product arrived as listed, however, as is apparently common with the ceramic bowls, one of them had shattered during shipping. Per the included pamphlet, I sent an email to support letting them know that one of the bowls was broken on delivery. They responded very quickly and asked for a picture of the broken bowl. I sent it along with my shipping address and shortly received a reply that a replacement would be shipped ASAP. I was told it could take up to 5 days to arrive. The next day, I received the replacement. The metal rack that holds the bowls is plain but sturdy. It doesnt block the cats from eating out of the bowls in any way. The bowls are also spaced far enough apart that all three cats can eat comfortably without crowding each other. The bowls are very nice ceramic. They are smooth and very easy to clean. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer support.
