> 3 daythen I realized it doesnt state the material its made out of anywhere in the title or description so I was surprised when I got this in the mail and realized its plastic. It serves its purpose, but for the price I expected ceramic! Thankfully it has little grips and I have it on a silicone mat so it doesnt slide while my cat is eating out of her bowl. Its useful since I couldnt find anything similar in terms of size but I wouldnt buy it again due to the material and price.

> 3 dayI’m very pleased with the cat bowls and stand. My cat took to them immediately. She was eating too fast and throwing up afterwards. That seems to have gotten much better. I would recommend these bowls.

> 3 dayFirst let me say that these are rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. CatGuru sells the 2 sturdy stainless steel bowls for the price of ONE of these plastic cat tables...I dont get it. These are nice and we bought them because I was tired of searching, but I think 2 for $20 (like the bowls) or even 2 for $30 would be a more fair price for what you get than 2 for $40. While I think theyre priced poorly, here are the things I like, which are many: we needed a slow feeder system for our cat that wouldnt hurt her whiskers AND could withstand being bumped by our Roomba. These CatGuru food tables, in conjunction with their stainless steel bowls, meets those needs very well when placed on top of an inexpensive tray. Our cat seems to eat well when using these food tables and has not thrown up her food since we got them over a month ago! Also, combined with the tray the tables are sturdy enough that the Roomba doesnt send food and water everywhere, which is great. Our cat also seems to be at a better angle when eating from these food tables, instead of being all scrunched up eating off the floor. tl;dr I think the price is dumb, but they meet our needs well.

> 3 dayIve always heard it is better for cats to not have to bend down so far when they eat, so I thought I try these feeding tables. The cats didnt seem to mind the change from eating off a lower dish but its too early to tell if it is an improvement for them, or just different. The only negative so far is that the ceramic and metal dishes we use to put the food on that set on the tables tend to slide around more than they did setting on a vinyl floor cloth. That does seem to frustrate at least one of our two kitties. Im reluctant to use the tables as the food surface without those bowls on top simply because the tables are made of plastic. Overall, the tables are a nice design and the right size and shape to provide a better eating position. Follow-up to initial review: Well, one of my cats likes their food elevated ... and one doesnt. He was fine with it initially but after a couple days I caught him picking his kibble off piece by piece onto the floor with his paw. I guess he didnt read the vet recommendations that its better to have his food elevated. Oh, well, I tried. So, its a great feeding table IF your kitty finds it acceptable, otherwise, youve thrown your money away.

> 3 daySo I purchased the aqua, its very pretty color. I have the matching aqua bowls, in which I rotate. It seems a little pricey, but since its something you can keep forever, Im glad I purchased it. I will get anything, that will help my Cat to stay happy, & healthy.

> 3 dayOur senior cat had been having issues keeping his food down for a few months. Nothing severe, but every few mornings wed see small pools of spittle on the floor: sometimes it would be mostly liquid, sometimes with more food in it. He also seemed to have a bit of trouble eating wet and/or dry food from a bowl directly off the floor. I bought the CatGuru Food Table because at 7.7 in diameter and 2.3 tall, it was among the larger & taller stands Id seen. Setting up was about as easy as youd expect: unbox, wipe down with a cloth, put food bowl on top, done. What I didnt expect is that our cat stopped throwing up over night. Seriously. Its been two months since we started using the table & theres been no spittle on the floor at all. Anyway, super happy with my purchase & Id recommend it to anyone.

> 3 dayThis item was out of stock when I purchased the bowl. Looked it up a few days ago and saw it was back so ordered it. Got the bowl table and the cats love it. The bowl with the table is perfect and both are easy to clean.
