All three of my cats approve! We have well water which is not that great coming out of the faucet and these filters really help.

I’m rating the FILTERS - which make no noise at all! They are a replacement item & do not need cleaning - I don’t know why they’re asking to rate those. I love this adorable kitty fountain & so does my cat. I keep it filled with filtered water from my Brita pitcher and yet it is amazing how dirty the fountain’s filter gets! These do a great job & I change them once a month.

I like the form of the fountain & was encouraged to order it by the reported usb-c sanitizing feature. The sanitizer doesn’t work as well as advertised. The automatic cycle isn’t sufficient, neither is an additional sani cycle done manually after approximately a week of continuous use. It gets slimy inside, and it’s not apparent from outside.

It came the way that it exactly is. Sucks how expensive it is though lol

I accidentally bought this water fountain for my cats. It was absurdly expensive and the functions are not extraordinary. For the price you would think it would have a camera or do a magic trick. I wish the filters lasted longer somehow bc the maintenance for this machine is expensive. The filters are similar to those from the general cat water fountains.

Wish it came in bigger packs!

These filters works great and last about a month just like they advertise. Material is good and wont come apart into your animals drinking water.
