Greater than one weekI didnt get any unusable ones in the pack. On the last one, the inner hoop was a little out of round, but once the outer hoop was tightened over it, it looked fine and held the fabric. Here and there you can find a small fiber sticking up from the bamboo, which is easily removed. No problems with the screws.

> 3 dayThey’re a great buy for the price! I’ve repurchased 3 times. I’ve had 2 out of 36 break on me, the wooden hoop pulled apart on the grain, but for the price I’m not mad

> 3 dayI really like these hoops. My embroidery project stays in place. I like how it allows for a Philips head to tighten it. I will buy more in the future.

> 3 dayHalf of them are unusable because they are not perfectly round circles, they are ovaled.

> 3 dayThese work well, look nice, and get the job done. Unfortunately they dont stay super tight when youre working with fabric and constantly have to be adjusted. They also arent perfectly circle, which creates some gapping. Still worth it - when you sew your project in at the end it looks great, but some minor frustrations while using.

> 3 dayOne hoop was chipped to the point where it was fragile enough to break however that was the only one. All the others are good except I worry the screw will come out since they don’t seem very secured but they work perfect

> 3 dayI originally purchased 6 hoops, thinking that most of my designs would fit well in them but I found a few smaller patterns that ended up looking very silly with all of the negative space around the outside. I felt that 4 were perfect because smaller images would still look fine. They are easy to use and I do not see much splintering that can come on these.

> 3 dayI bought these specifically to display embroidery in, one of them broke after arrival while I was placing the embroidery in it to prep for display, the wood just wasnt strong enough, so I wont be using these for long term sewing in. They were fine for the one project and then hanging.

> 3 dayEdited 12/7- I originally posted that my hoops were difficult to use as I think my batch was defective— however I received great customer service to rectify this problem and they were very polite and patient. They obviously care about their product and brand and I appreciate them taking the time to fix this. Thank you! Original review: These are the worst hoops I’ve ever gotten from this brand! Sure they are cheap, but more than half my batch are unusable. They are so warped that when I try to stretch fabric in them I cannot get the two pieces to go back together. The bottom parts are not round at all and create an uneven shape and gaps when the two pieces are together (see photos above). They are splintering everywhere and are difficult to open and close. I’m sorry to give such a bad review but considering the product is in such bad shape I would like others to know :(
