Celebrate Seuss! Squiggle Stripe Multi, Fabric by the Yard

I got this fabric to make a valance and crib skirt for a Dr. Seuss themed nursery. The colors are bright and exactly as pictured. One thing I wasnt expecting was that the stripes run horizontally across whatever yardage you buy rather than vertically down the 44 inch width. For me this simply required me to re-think how I cut and sewed the fabric together so that the finished product still had vertical stripes. I still loved the fabric which was sturdy enough to be used for my intended purpose, but is also soft enough for blankets or apparel. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Making a great Dr.Seuss quilt.

Used it as backing for a quilt. Great colors worked beautifully with the Dr Seuss squares I bought for baby blanket. Teachers loved it and suggested wall hanging for the primary classrooms

The fabric is shown as vertical stripes, but they were horizontal (one long stream of stripes). The seller did not provide return information. I am not sure what they were measuring-- this fabric was NOT 44 inches wide.

Fabric is a nice thickness with vibrant colors. Order was shipped quickly.

Stripes are narrow.

Actually ordered this on accident and was suprised whdn it ahowed up. But, i love the fabric and it will go to good use.
