Doesn’t ring. Very disappointing. I notice that many of the other reviews rave about how wonderful a gift it is. I think maybe the receivers of those gifts are just being polite.

Looks great and is absolutely sturdy and strong. I was able to connect it to the bike with little trouble and the pouch and note was very endearing.
