Used this product for several years and works perfectly.

Works perfectly. Havent had any issues with these over the ones from the audiologist. My 10 cases of filters came in a plastic bag, so I cant say with certainty they are actually Phonak filters, but they fit and get the job done just as well. Considering this has 80 total filters, and most people have two aids, this should last 1.5-2 years! I only replace the filters as needed, not on a time-based schedule.

For what it was intended

I question if I received defective ones since I can easily remove the disk but when trying to reinsert the new one it doesn’t release. Due to this, I literally have to remove the disk and try to reinsert the new one. My fingers are not as nimble anymore, they are so tiny and it takes me a number of tries to do this. This is the same kind I received from the hearing place I went to to get new hearing aids and had no problem, so concerned on the product.
