1st one my son got had a whole. Had to return it.

Son loves it for school

My teenager really likes how it hangs on his back. Doesn’t pull on his shoulders even with it packed full of gear.

Younger college aged son loved this back pack. It’s athletic looking and he likes that. It matches his various sweat pant / sweat shirt combination wardrobe.

For my daughter, she really likes it and it fits her laptop and all her school stuff well (High School student)

Great quality but was smaller than I thought it would be.

This is the first time I use champion bapack and I have been using it for almost a year for now. Its more durable and thicker than I thought. The only down side is that it hot to wear it in summer
