Greater than one weekI specifically wanted the minky dot fabric as it isnt so cold to shock baby when you lay them down for a change. Im sure its not as easy to clean as just using the plasticy pad or a cover that is slick and can be wiped off. To me not having it be shockingly cold is more important. No extra tears!
