Greater than one weekBeen on three trips with this bag so far: 8 flights and being checked, Im in love! Best suitcase Ive ever had (and Ive had several in the past few years), the inside is lined with very soft fabric and it works great with my packing cubes plus both sides have zip up compartments which you never see, everything stays exactly where I put it, when I get to my hotel I can open it up and nothing has shifted at all! I check my bags most of the time but this is a carry on size so you can carry it on most domestic aircraft. I got the chocolate color because I dont like white very much. There are a few minor scuffs now but you can only see them if you look very closely. It doesnt tip over or forward, its very well balanced and you can fit a backpack on top. Rolls very well.

> 3 dayI purchased both the brown and white versions of this bag. The white for me and the brown for my 16yo son. The interior of these bags is so nice. Even my son noticed; now THAT is a compliment! Both sides are zippered and the fabric is a soft brushed cotton-like fabric. There are a lot of pockets for a hard-sided case. You have to pack economically since the case doesnt expand. I bought some zippered compression cubes that help a lot. I like coordinating luggage and had a hard time finding personal items that would go well with these super-nice pieces. Ive included photos for others that are having the same issue. We got a Herschel backpack for the brown one -- its appropriate for a 16yo boy and it doubles as our day-pack while out and about. I had a much harder time finding something for the white one for me. What I ended up with is a brandy (its really brown) leather Lily Jade bag. Its really a diaper bag, but when you take the insert out, it makes a super-functional carry-on bag with lots of pockets on the inside and the outside. It really makes up for the lack of outside pockets on the Delsey. The combination of these four small carry-on bags allows us to pack for up to three weeks away. I did break down and order a spandex cover for the white one in case I get lazy and decide to check the white bag.

> 3 dayI bought two of the Delsey carry on bags, which were not cheap. While we have no complaint with the style, space, ease of use, etc. , one of the cases had interior damage we did not notice until our trip a few weeks ago. One of the plastic clips to the ribbons you clasp over your clothes was broken. The piece was in the clasp broken, which is why we didnt notice it at the time of purchase. The bag had obviously been returned with the clip broken and possibly even reported with the return? I recall that the inside materials were not in a plastic sleeve like the other bag, but I didnt think anything of it because I had checked that the wheels, locks and zippers were fine. Where is the quality control when receiving a returned product? Disappointed.

> 3 dayI traveled with this as a carry on. I have the larger version also. This thing rolls sideways, backwards....anyway because of the GREAT wheels on it. Beats the other luggage I had. It looks very expensive and has 2 zipper compartments to separate the suitcase entirely. The hard case is lightweight but durable. A great buy!

> 3 dayLove this Delsey bag! Fits more than enough for a 4+day trip and the bags it comes with, hardcase and the separation of two sides makes it very convenient to pack!

> 3 dayMy Delsey is less than 6 months old and has been on one trip. During the trip, the wheels stopped rotating and it had to be dragged. I have been going back and forth with customer service for TWO MONTHS, and today I received this final reply: Our apologies for any inconvenience as we are not able to ship a replacement as we do not have any in stock.

> 3 dayThe bag is already falling apart and I did not travel very much due to the Covid still being prevalent in the first year. The bag scratches easily and a lot of the detail is falling off. I never check this bag, only carry on. I called Dempsey but they were of no help. Good looking bag, but not worth the money. I am going back to Tumi--expensive but worth the money because those bags last forever.
