> 3 dayMy wife loves how easy it is to move around. She travels a lot. And it looks beautiful. The only downside is how quickly and noticeably the marks from the rough handling by the airport personnel show. I have thought about adding a clear protective coating of some sort. Ill update is I find something that works.

> 3 dayBarely survived a trip to Mexico. Came back battered and scratched even with a luggage cover. Very disappointed in the quality.

> 3 dayCarry on is nice size and very pretty. The zipper is not that easy which is kind of a bummer since it’s not cheap

> 3 dayAs I was checking out Delsey accessories to match my 21 inch Delsey carryon suitcases, I noticed several reviews that said luggage cracked - a couple said they cracked after only one trip!

> 3 dayThis is a large suitcase that will most likely hold all you need to travel for two weeks. I did not raise the durability because I have not traveled with the bag yet and won’t for several months. It appears to be well-made has most of the bells and whistles anyone could want like the TSA lock, pockets inside, zippers for each side when the case is opened, and expandable. I love the pink color but purchased the brown because it was more consistent with showing fewer baggage handling marks. Previously I have purchased not so expensive luggage. Let’s hope the old adage you get what you pay for is true. Oh and I forgot it is lightweight for a molded piece of luggage. If I were going to purchase again I would most likely purchase a 24 inch. But if I travel in the winter months where I might need more clothing I couldn’t get it all in a 24 inch piece of luggage and I didn’t want to purchase two pieces of luggage. If you’re a savvy packer you could probably get by with the 24 inch. Happy traveling

11-06-2025It hasn’t made a year yet and the suitcase is coming apart. I have never checked it and use it for carry on only, and I take the outmost pride and care of my luggage because I genuinely liked it. It’s definitely not worth the price tag. The threading has started to come part and the design straps are falling off. This is without having gone through any rigorous travels!

> 3 dayThe product description says that it comes with a hanger along with a laundry bag and another bag. No hanger at all, and my only option is to return the whole thing because of the missing hanger. I know it’s just a hanger, it is the principle especially when I paid for it.

> 3 dayGreat weight...the extra depth adds great room for more stuff, with less width, which makes it easier to get in the car door. :)

> 3 dayThe luggage is pretty but the lock started giving problems. First I thought it was one time issue but twice after it happened again. The lock did opened after trying the 000 to 999; however, on my last trip I tried several times the 000 to 999 and unfortunately the luggage did not open. The last resource was to ask the hotel for help so I could access my cloth and personal items. As a last effort the hotel opened the luggage with some pliers to open the luggage. Now Im told its too late to do an exchange or refund the luggage.
