Overall, I like this. It seems sturdy, the wheels move smoothly, and the wide handle means that the supports don’t have ridges in the middle of the suitcase, but at the edges, making a much better flat surface on which to pack. The downside of that is that my backpack strap doesn’t fit on the handle to pull them together. I don’t like the computer holder in front so much. The way it attaches, it makes the opening to the main compartment smaller. Also, its zipper pull sometimes gets in the way of the main zipper.

I’m a nurse, I also have a bad back. I got this to use to carry all my stuff so I don’t hurt my back, bonus, it has a combo lock so no one can get in my bag

I was not impressed with this item at all and unfortunately Amazon won’t let me return it. The handles are not as sturdy as other brands (probably bc of the location) I also found the design super cumbersome bc of the clips on either side of the laptop part attaching to the lid. Just super awkward to use and don’t find that it gives that much more space because it’s not expandable. Unimpressed and not worth the price tag.

Im thinking of returning it as its capacity is significantly smaller then other carry on of the same size. I packed out my Amazon basics carry on and this bag could only hold about 2/3 the volume with its shape and the handle dimensions.

This suitcase is attractive. The wheels roll smoothly and I like the wide handle. The laptop compartment is a bit small and overall capacity is less than I anticipated. But overall it is not bad.

Continually fell over, cant hook a bag to it. It did roll nice.

I never carry an on board case. Until now I would never consider carrying anything other than my briefcase on board. With this light weight case that has room for some clothing and all of my electronics, laptop, iPad, cords etc.. I highly recommend. Oh did I say that it is so stylish in the white.

I cant wait to use this on trips. It is very sturdy. Something feels off about the way it looks, but it doesnt take away from how if functions. The zipper locks works good and it is very easy to figure out.

I am IMPRESSED! I was looking for a carry on luggage that had a front compartment for my laptop so it would be easier to go through security at the airport. As as seasoned world traveler, this 20 luggage is better than I expected!
