I like everything about this suitcase! It’s lightweight and easy to handle. It even comes with the TSA approved lock built in. Perfect for a carry on.

After the first trip fabric is ripped off and all plastic parts are all scratched, consider that is carry on and i flied business class. Plastic frame is from soft plastic, very wobbly and easily damaged. . Handle is very unstable.

I ordered this suitcase twice and both times it had some type of sticky glue residue on the bottom in the same area on the fabric near the zipper that went thru to the inside. I hesitated ordering it a third time but I already had the 25” and I loved it and REALLY wanted the matching 20”. The third time was the charm! It was, thankfully, in perfect condition.

I was able to pack two weeks worth of clothing for a recent trip. Amazed at the available room and easy to maneuver in airport.

I was excited when this arrived it was stylish, lightweight, and maneuverability felt well. The sturdiness of the handle was questionable. I returned this as I was going to pack I noticed a lot of the areas in the luggage were falling apart. The stitching was just faulty all around and coming undone on the outside and inside.

We bought a Champagne (and a Lilac) colored 20-inch London Fog Chelsea spinner for an upcoming trip to Canada. The size was the first reason we picked these. The Canadian airline WestJet (and others in Canada) requires carry-on items for the overhead bin to be no bigger than 53 centimeters (21 inches) in length by 38 centimeters (15 inches) in width and 23 centimeters (9 inches) in height. This suitcase fits that size perfectly. The second reason was the London Fog brand; we have always trusted this brand. And third, we loved the features: lots of handy pockets and zippers; the cases’ sturdiness; and the fact they have a TSA friendly lock we can program to our own codes. We also like how attractive they are. And finally, the cases come with a 10-year warranty. We expect to use and enjoy these spinners for many years to come.

Love the look of this suitcase. The rose gold and the ivory beige corners blend beautifully makes this carryon case look neutral and classy. Although it’s only 20 inches the inside capacity rivals 21 inches because the depth and width of the suitcase. I had been using a 21” soft case for the past 8+yrs and when I put them side by side the size is pretty much comparable. I like the different compartments inside, although the smaller pockets won’t fit much more than few handkerchiefs it’s might come handy with small souvenirs purchased on trips. The TSA smart lock at this carry on size is not so essential but bells and whistles are always appreciated.

This is a very nice carry on baggage with ample space inside and storage space for a carrier.

No complaint. Just absolute joy to use.
