The steel flex cords are the best I have tried. Other pricey interchangables are nice, but this takes the cake. The twist can be used with the spin tips, which is nice because they work so much better than the Spin cords.

I love this system or interchangeable needles and cables. If two tips are 5 and cable is 14 you have 20 length; perfect -- these came quickly.

I purchased these because I was having trouble with the needles becoming loose from the cable many times while knitting a summer top. I could not determine if it was an issue with the needles or the cable. Very frustrating because I love these cables.
