CHIAOGOO 7040-1.5 40-Inch Red Lace Stainless Steel Circular Knitting Needles, 1.5/2.5mm

When I first got the CHIAOGOO 7040-1.5 40-Inch Red Lace Stainless Steel Circular Knitting Needles, 1.5/2.5mm they seemed ok although the one side of the needle attachment seemed to grab the yarn a little. The more I use it the worse it seems to be getting.

Order a 40 and I got a 24 length.

This circular needle has many good qualities. I like the fact that I didnt have to heat the cord. It relaxed as was ready to use right out of the package. I had no problem with it curling. The needles are easy on the hands and create no hand tension. However that was also a drawback for me. The needles are super slick, and I dropped stitches easily because the slid off the needle so easily. For that reason only I gave it four instead of five stars. Just be sure if your knitting socks especially that you move your stitches farther down the needle when doing increases. Other than that these are the best needles I have ever had. I plan to purchasers more from this company.

Good cable weight and flexibility, smooth transition from needle to cable and well made. Will buy this brand again.

The listed cord length is incorrect, its only 40cms NOT 40 which means its no good for my knitting. I have ordered a replacement and left a note but I have a feeling that no one will read it and the replacement will be wrong too.....

Another excellent Chiagoo circular.

Cant see what all the fuss is about these needles. I like them just about the same as my Knit Pick brand. They are fine, just not as special as everyone was making them out to be,
