Love these needles! They do not bend and the cables do not kink or curl. I use a safety pin instead of the key to tighten the needle and able connections. If the needles had a hole to insert a key (or safety pin) for a more secure join would be very helpful.

Very slight brushed surface on the tip that is hardly noticeable, yet enough to grab the yard just enough to keep the yarn from sliding too much. The cables are great! There is no memory so they dont curl up like the thick fishing line style cables, making knitting very much easier. The case is nice and sturdy, and the company really does provide great customer support as well. My wife got both the 4 and 5 varieties, and loves them! Very well worth the extra money. And as the husband of the one using these, I can honestly say I hear her comment positively very frequently now that shes got them, saying theyre so much better than anything shes used before - probably even worthy of a 5-star review, but thats something we rarely give unless a product is among the VERY best of the best. This is certainly up in that range.
