Chicago Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggages, Teal, 20 Carry-On

I was excited to get this suitcase. It was a good price, I love the color, and it seemed good quality when it arrived. I still think its mostly good, BUT the handle that is supposed to come out that youd use to push/pull it at the airport is HORRIBLE on the suitcase I got. To get it to extend or collapse I needed 2 hands, one hand to push in the tiny tab buttons that are supposed to do so when you push the big button on the top of the handle, and even doing that the handle had to be wiggled and muscled to get it to come out or go in. Really, three hands to use it would have been better! This was super inconvenient for me at the airport as I was carrying my baby and didnt need to mess with a stuck suitcase handle multiple times. I wish I could return the suitcase, but I used it to travel to another country and I wont be back before the return period is done. Very disappointing. Now I have to deal with the handle every trip or just buy a different suitcase. Boo!

I was really excited when this came in on time and I needed a new carry on size rolling luggage. A year later the handles began to give out. I extend the handles to start rolling it and when I need to retract it, they will be stuck, see video attached. It doesn’t retract fast enough without having to take awhile to put the handle back down so if you’re going through TSA it might take awhile just to put the handle back down. It’s too late to return the item as it’s been a year since I purchased it. Also to note: the color may start fading over time, beware of the extendable handle!

I ordered this last minute and was pleasently surpised it was the right size fit everything and the smaller bags were perfect for the trip!

I love my new suitcases!!!! My son and I flew to Texas. We didnt have to worry about our suitcases. They are very strong. And bonus, easy to spot!!!

When product arrived it was missing a piece of the set. Luggage was too small. Not worth the purchase. Save your money.

Absolutely love this suitcase. The fact that its expandable is a great plus for me trying to put in my C-pap machine is not fun in a regular suitcase. It fits in the over head bin on the airlines so I do not have to pay fees when traveling. Best item that I have ever bought. It swivels very easily.

Priced right for the occasional traveler. Was perfect for a 7 day trip.
