Chicago Hardside Expandable Spinner Luggages, Teal, 20 Carry-On

Bought in Spring of 2022. 1 Family vacation, 3 business trips. The carry-ons roller is already broken making is un-manueverable. Ive never checked this carry-on... simply rolling thru airports. The other rollers handle requires voodoo magic to get it to collapse into the bag for storage... always when trying to store over head (go figure). Too bad. Seems there is no one to contact to talk replacement or repair.

The wheels did not spin or roll as they should. I had to drag it and even then there was a problem with the wheel.

My husband had a weekend trip he was going on, and given the various sizes, I thought this would be great luggage for when we take our family vacation in a couple months. After the one trip that my husband took, the suitcases already started to fall apart. He even carried on his luggage. Super light weight, but the quality isn’t there.

It is very spacious , cute , durable and light weight . I was traveling throughout the airport and got many compliments on my luggage set .

I bought it on Christmas for my daughter. Nice color, nice design, big space, runs smoothly and durability. I recommended

Handle stuck when I took it out of the box. The material was thin and flimsy. Not worth even the sale price. Returned it immediately

Case cracked on first use

Rolls easily. Easy to handle. Great size for a quick weekend trip. All in all a great case.

We like that this was lightweight for our son and for carryon and an easy size to maneuver, but the wheels didnt work great after one trip and the bags are not made of very good quality material. Wouldnt buy again

I want to love this suitcase, and was really excited when I first got it. But after only 3 trips where it was used as a carryon (so never checked) the handle broke. I went to pull the handle up to walk through the airport and it completely broke. I’ve never seen something like this happen. I had it for less than 3 months, so I’m really disappointed.
