> 3 dayLet me first say that I am no expert TIG welder, but Ive tried many different types of tungsten. This will be all I use moving forward. Not that the others were bad, but this one does everything better. Doesnt split, easy to grind, doesnt discolor, and makes a very clean arc. CK worldwide has done it again with another Better than the rest product!

> 3 dayI’m using the 3/16” LaZYr (chartreuse green) tungsten on 1/8” aluminum with and without pulse and in my opinion it performs better than the purple (2% Lanthated) with slightly dirty aluminum. That’s a plus when doing aluminum repairs and you can’t get the aluminum as clean as you would like. Amazon prices are far better than those from my local welding suppliers.

> 3 dayThese start nice and retain a point well. I use them for both aluminum and mild steel with great results. Makes me feel like Im back in the weld shop 30 years ago.

> 3 dayGreat tungsten. Everything CK makes is top notch but this Layzr takes the cake. I ordered some 1/16th also to go with this 3/32. Using a Furick Fupa 12 cup and gas lens makes it the perfect combo for stainless and other DC applications.
